Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - head cabbage, cored and chopped fine
- 1 - cucumber, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
How To Make cole slaw

Step 1Chop cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Add grated cucumber.

Step 2In another bowl, add buttermilk, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, lemon juice, hot sauce and pepper. Whisk until it is creamy.

Step 3Pour over cabbage mixture. Blend thoroughly and refrigerate until time to serve.
