Very easy. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. before serving. My family always reguest this side dish.

Ingredients

4 c
cabbage, shredded
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
finely chopped bellpepper
2/3 c
raisins
1 Tbsp
vinegar
2 Tbsp
sugar (i use 3 pk. of sweetner)
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cole Slaw

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put cabbage in large bowl with bellpepper and raisins
  • 2In small bowl put mayo,vinegar,sugar and seasoning stir and pour over cabbage. It will be a little dry but after you put in refrigerater for awhile it will be wet enough.
