Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - head cabbage, shredded
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - carrot, shredded
How To Make cold slaw that keeps

Step 1Mix the first four ingredients in pan and bring to boil for 1 minute. Pour over cabbage/veggie mix immediately.

Step 2To save time, I will use prepared slaw mix from the store. This slaw keeps very well so is easy to make ahead of time for taking to pot luck, etc.
