Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 5 cups cucumber slices (small kirby or thin cukes work best)
- 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large yellow bell pepper,thinly sliced
How To Make cold cucumber salad

Step 1Bring the salt, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and veg.oil to a boil in med. saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 2In large bowl, toss the sliced cukes, onions and peppers with the liquid mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.or up to next day. Serve cold.
