cold corn salad
(1 RATING)
If you are traveling with this dish, use the corn partially thawed. If you are serving immediately, use corn completely thawed. This is a good alternative to potato salad at cookouts.

How To Make cold corn salad
-
Step 1In a large mixing bowl, combine all chopped vegetables with frozen corn.
-
Step 2Stir in the dressing to coat vegetables well.
-
Step 3Stir in grated cheese. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
-
Step 4The original dressing calls for Ranch Dressing, original. I just like the extra zing that the peppercorn dressing adds.
