This salad is a huge hit everytime I make it, everyone loves it! It is the talk of the meal! You can't go wrong with this amazing side!

    package coleslaw
  • 1 bunch
    bunch green onions
  • 1 pkg
    chicken flavored roman noodles
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    seasame seeds

How to Make Chinese Salad (my version)


  1. Pour coleslaw into a medium size bowl, wash and dice and add onions, chopped pecans, cranraisins, and seasame seeds.
  2. Place roman noodles in a zip lock baggie (reserve seasoning packet) and coarsely chop noodles and place them in a skillet and lightly brown noodles, watch them closely so they don't burn, then add to salad.
  3. Next, in a small bowl, add vinegar, sugar, seasoning packet from roman noodles, and oil, mix well and pour dressing over salad and mix well. Enjoy!
