I got this recipe a few years back when I was doing monthly Bunco night. One of the woman made this for her turn to host and everyone ask for the recipe. It has become one of my favorite things to make. I am always looking for for non-cream based salads because my husband doesn't eat mayonnaise.

How To Make chinese noodle salad

Step 1Mix & refrigerate the following at least 2 hours before serving:1 large package coleslaw (rinsed) 2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles with seasoning packet (break up noodles-DO NOT COOK). Mix in separate container:Season packets from noodles,1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar. Shake well until sugar is dissolved. Pour over coleslaw/noodles. Add: 1 box frozen peas (thawed), 2 bunches green onions (chopped), 1/2 can cashews, 1/4 jar sunflower seeds.
