Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups thinly sliced savoy cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 - thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark sasame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

How To Make chinese coleslaw

  • Step 1
    Combine cabbage and next 2 ingredients in a bowl. Combine vinegar, and next 5 ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture , toss well. Makes about 2 servings.
