Ingredients
- 1 can white shoepeg corn - 15 oz. size, drained
- 1 can small peas, like le seuer, 15 oz. size, drained
- 1 can french style green beans, 15 oz. size, drained
- half cup chopped green onions
- half cup chopped green pepper
- half cup celery, chopped
- 1 jar pimento, drained and chopped
How To Make chilled vegetable salad

Step 1Pour all vegetables into large bowl.

Step 2Mix together 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.

Step 3Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and mix well.

Step 4Let stand in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
