The flavors of these vegetables blend nicely and I have found that even people who shy away from veggies try this and like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can white shoepeg corn - 15 oz. size, drained
  • 1 can small peas, like le seuer, 15 oz. size, drained
  • 1 can french style green beans, 15 oz. size, drained
  • half cup chopped green onions
  • half cup chopped green pepper
  • half cup celery, chopped
  • 1 jar pimento, drained and chopped

How To Make chilled vegetable salad

  • Step 1
    Pour all vegetables into large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix together 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.
  • Step 3
    Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
