Ingredients

  • 2 large green peppers, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 4 ounces pimento
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 16 ounces peas, frozen petit
  • 16 ounces corn, frozen petit
  • 14 ounces can of french string beans
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil, (vegetable oil)
  • 3/4 cup vinegar

How To Make chilled vegetable salad

  • Step 1
    Add vegetables to a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a medium saucepan add sugar, apple cider vinegar, and oil. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
  • Step 3
    Pour dressing over vegetables and chill for at least 8 hours.
