Started out making this when A & P left Michigan. One of the women in the deli told me how they made it and I went from there.

Ingredients For chef's salad cole slaw

1/2 mdcabbage head, chopped into large bites

marzetti's cole slaw dressing
-
1 slicedeli ham, about 1/2 inch thick
-
1 slicedeli-style turkey, about 1/2 inch thick

4 slicecheese, 2 different types, about 1/2 inch thick
-
1 lgpepper, color of your choice
-
celery ribs
-
broccoli florets
-
cauliflower, small florets
How To Make chef's salad cole slaw

1Chop all meat, cheese and veggies into chunks.

2Mix everything together and refrigerate for at least a few hours or as much as a day before eating.

3You can vary the amounts of everything according to your taste. I use this to clean out the veggies in the refrigerator.
