Ingredients
- 1 can flat fillet anchovies
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 large head of romaine torn into bite size pieces (rinced and dryed)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make caesar salad and dressing

Step 1Rub salad bowl with peeled garlic clove

Step 2Rince and drain romaine

Step 3Add all ingredients except cheese into a mini chop or food processor. Coarsley grind.

Step 4Add romaine to treated bowl.

Step 5Add dressing to salad right before serving (to avoid soggy lettuce)

Step 6Top with black pepper(to taste) and parmesean cheese

Step 7Toss and enjoy!!
