cauliflower salad

This salad keeps well. Everyone I've served it to raves about it. I have never seen this recipe posted anywhere before and I have been making it for 35 years. It was given to em by a dear friend who got it from her niece in Texas. Thank you Mary Sue Bennett.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cauliflower, sliced
- 1 cup ripe olives, sliced or chopped
- 2/3 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How To Make cauliflower salad

Step 1Shake salad dressing ingredients in a tightly covered jar until well blended. Pour over salad ingredients. Toss until well coated. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
