This salad is the perfect addition to any spring or summer meal. This is a family favorite when we're grilling out!

Ingredients

  • SALAD
  • 1 medium cauliflower head, finely chopped
  • 1 medium lettuce head, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • DRESSING
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

How To Make cauliflower salad

  • Step 1
    Fry bacon, cool and crumble.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl assemble salad in layers: lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon.
  • Step 3
    Mix sugar, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Spread over top of salad.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate 1 hour, and toss salad right before serving.
