Ingredients
- SALAD
- 1 medium cauliflower head, finely chopped
- 1 medium lettuce head, coarsely chopped
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
How To Make cauliflower salad

Step 1Fry bacon, cool and crumble.

Step 2In a large bowl assemble salad in layers: lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon.

Step 3Mix sugar, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Spread over top of salad.

Step 4Refrigerate 1 hour, and toss salad right before serving.
