Ingredients
- 1 - pound carrots grated
- 1 - cup of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 - cup raisins
- 1 - tablespoon honey
- 2 - tablespoons mayonnaise or more to taste
- 1 - teaspoon lemon juice or more to taste
How To Make bonnie's carrot salad with honey

Step 1COMBINE: Grated carrots, pineapple, raisins and stir in the honey, mayo and lemon juice. Mix well, chill for a half hour before serving. Enjoy!
