CARROT SALAD WITH HONEY
Photo is my own and so is this humble recipe.
- pound carrots grated
- cup of crushed pineapple, drained
- cup raisins
- tablespoon honey
- tablespoons mayonnaise or more to taste
- teaspoon lemon juice or more to taste
Grated carrots, pineapple, raisins and stir in the honey, mayo and lemon juice. Mix well, chill for a half hour before serving. Enjoy!
