Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups shredded carrot (about 3 large carrots)
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (light is ok)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make carrot-raisin salad

Step 1Mix carrots, celery and raisins together in medium bowl.

Step 2In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Step 3Pour dressing over carrot mixture and stir together gently.
