carrot apple and raisin slaw - cabbage free
I love slaws of all kinds, but this recipe is closer to a Waldorf salad. Feel free to use low-fat dressing ingredients. Can substitute fat-free mayonnaise and sour cream if you'd like.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- sugar, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (optional)
- 3 cups carrots, peeled and shredded (6 large carrots)
- 1 cup peeled and diced Granny Smith apple (1 large apple)
- 1/3 cup dark raisins
