Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and cut into half moons.
- 1 medium shallot, chopped
- 1 cup crushed peanuts
- 6 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- basil, for garnish
How To Make cambodian style rice noodle salad with shrimp

Step 1Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2Add the shrimp and cook 3 more minutes. Drain and place on ice to stop the cooking.

Step 3Remove the shrimp and chop them into pieces. Cut the noodles into smaller lengths.

Step 4Place the noodles on the plates. Top with the shrimp, shallots, cucumber, and peanuts in that order.

Step 5Mix the lime juice, chili crisp, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Pour over the salad and garnish with basil.
