Another recipe from my Grandma Dawson. My husband had this for Thanksgiving one year and just fell in love with it. Now we have it every year!

Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz. can of white corn
- 1 small can peas
- 1 - 15 oz. can french cut green beans
- - drain all of the above for 2 hours
- 1 - green pepper chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- - mix together and cover with this dressing
- 1/2 cup cooking oit
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
