Ingredients

CAESAR DRESSING

1 can(s)
mayonaise
3 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
anchovy paste
1 tsp
dijon mustard
1/2 tsp
fresh ground black pepper

SALAD

8 c
shredded savoy or green cabbage (about 1 small head)
2 c
shredded carrots
4
scallions, thinly sliced
2 c
croutons, parmesan

How to Make CAESAR COLESLAW

Step-by-Step

  • 1Make the dressing: in a large serving bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, and pepper. Let stand for at least a hour for flavors to mix together well.
  • 2Add the cabbage, carrots, and scallions to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate the salad until ready to serve.
  • 3Top with croutons.
