Ingredients

  • CAESAR DRESSING

  • 1 can(s)
    mayonaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • SALAD

  • 8 c
    shredded savoy or green cabbage (about 1 small head)
  • 2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 4
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 c
    croutons, parmesan

How to Make CAESAR COLESLAW

Step-by-Step

  1. Make the dressing: in a large serving bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, and pepper. Let stand for at least a hour for flavors to mix together well.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, and scallions to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate the salad until ready to serve.
  3. Top with croutons.
