Ingredients
- 30 ounces jar nopalitos, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1-2 - jalapeños, chopped (optional)
How To Make cactus salad (ensalada de nopalitos)
