This is an old recipe from my Mom.You can freeze it in containers and use it when you want it I love this cole slaw!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 pounds cabbage shredded
- 2/3 cup green pepper..diced small
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper..diced small (optional)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced small)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- - shredded carrots
How To Make cabbage slaw

Step 1Heat vinegar,Add sugar & stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved..Cool

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients;combine thoroughly. Combine with cooled vinegar-sugar mixture. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour,more if possible.(longer is better) May be stored in refrigerator several days OR Frozen in portion size amounts.
