this is another great salad the kids love

Ingredients

  • 2--- 3.5 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 2--- 8 ounces cool whip, thawed
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 1--- 20 ounces pineapple, crushed
  • 1---- 8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 package chocolate striped shortbread cookies, crushed

How To Make buttermilk cookie salad

  • Step 1
    First mix the cool whip and pudding. This will be grainy. Slowly add in the buttermilk. Finish by adding in the pineapple and oranges.
  • Step 2
    Now cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Right before serving sprinkle the cookie crumbs over top.
