Ingredients
- 2--- 3.5 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 2--- 8 ounces cool whip, thawed
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1--- 20 ounces pineapple, crushed
- 1---- 8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 package chocolate striped shortbread cookies, crushed
How To Make buttermilk cookie salad

Step 1First mix the cool whip and pudding. This will be grainy. Slowly add in the buttermilk. Finish by adding in the pineapple and oranges.

Step 2Now cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Right before serving sprinkle the cookie crumbs over top.
