4 bunchbroccoli florets
1 to 1 1/2 bunchgreen onions chopped
1 to 1 1/2 cgolden raisins
1 ozbacon, cooked and cut into pieces
1 to 1 1/2 croasted dry nuts
1/2 csunflower seeds
1 1/2 ckraft mayo with olive oil
1/4 cwhite sugar
4-6 Tbspwhite vinegar
How to Make Brocolli Salad
- I cut the florets, bacon, and green onions the day before and mix them together and add the raisens and cover and put in fridge. This saves time the next day.
- About 2 hrs before serving I make the dressing.Mix all together and pour on salad and mix. I keep the sunflower and dry nuts in seperate bowls in case someone is alergic and each person adds it to their own.
