My cousins love this recipe and they make it at different functions, so I made it and I want to share it with others.

Ingredients

  • 4 bunches broccoli florets
  • 1 to 1 1/2 bunches green onions chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
  • 1 ounce bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups roasted dry nuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING
  • 1 1/2 cups kraft mayo with olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 4-6 tablespoons white vinegar

How To Make brocolli salad

  • Step 1
    I cut the florets, bacon, and green onions the day before and mix them together and add the raisens and cover and put in fridge. This saves time the next day.
  • Step 2
    About 2 hrs before serving I make the dressing.Mix all together and pour on salad and mix. I keep the sunflower and dry nuts in seperate bowls in case someone is alergic and each person adds it to their own.
