Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower
- 6 cups broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup raisens
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 16 ounces shredded cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons veggie oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste

Step 1Mix together, mayo,sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper, set aside

Step 2In a large bowl cut the Cauliflower and the Broccoli into bite size pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients. Toss together well. ** I sometimes will add shredded carrots, radishes to this to add more flavor.

Step 3Add the dressing, mix well and refrigerate untill serving time. *** You may need to adjust the dressing depending on how much broccoli and cauliflower you have. You may need more or less.* I usually make extra dressing, so if I need more I have it ready, You can enlarge the amounts if you need to.
