Ingredients
- 1 large broccoli bunch, cut up in florets
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sunflower meats, not seeds
- 1/2 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/2-1 cup white raisins
- 2 cups shredded cheese, i use co-jack
- - dressing
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2Dressing: Beat all dressing ingredients until fluffy.

Step 3Mix all ingredients together, chill before serving.

Step 4NOTE: Sometimes I add a small head of cauliflower cut into florets.
