Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccoli florets, cut stems & florets into small pcs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked & broken into small pcs
- 1/2 cup white or golden raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
- 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1In a 2qt casserole dish or a 11"X 7"X 1.5" baking pan, layer: broccoli, onion, raisins, bacon, & sunflowers kernels.

Step 2Mix mayo, sugar, & vinegar. Pour over mixture.

Step 3Cover w/lid or slightly dome aluminum foil over dish & refrid. 1-2hrs or over night if making ahead.

Step 4Stir before serving.
