I have become addicted to this salad after buying it ready-made from Costco. I decided to make my own!

Ingredients

  • 2 large
    heads of broccoli, trimmed of stalks
  • 1 lb
    bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1 c
    craisins
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise (i use kraft mayo with olive oil)
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Combine last 3 ingredients and pour over salad. Mix lightly to cover and mix all ingredients. Can be eaten immediately, or will get better after letting it chill a while. Enjoy!
