Ingredients
- 1 quart broccoli florets cut small
- 1/2 cup celery cut fine
- 3/4 cup raisins, soaked 10 min in warm water, drained
- 3/4 cup peanuts, dry roasted
- 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Step 1Combine dressing ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Mix broccoli, celery, raisins, and nuts. Add dressing and bacon just before serving.
