Ingredients
- 2 pounds broccoli cut into small pieces
- 1 cup sunflower kernels
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 8-10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1Combine broccoli, raisins, and onions. In a small bowl mix mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate. Just before serving sprinkle with bacon, sunflower kernels and peanuts. Toss and serve. (Any nut can be substituted for peanuts. I like pecans also.)
