Just asked a Kid who don't eat Broccoli!

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli florets
  • 1 - onion finely chopped
  • 200 grams mild cheddar cheese chopped in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 250 grams ham choped in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
  • 100 milliliters sweetened condensed milk
  • - cooked water to cover brocolli florets

How To Make broccoli salad

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl, pour cooked water over broccoli until covered and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to colander and rince under cold water for a few minutes. Let stand to drain. In a mixing bowl, combine the Ham, Cheese and Onion and add the florets. Mix the Mayonaise and condensed milk together and ad to salad 5 minutes before serving. Toss to coat. Arrange on salad bowl and serve.
