Ingredients

  • 2 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 1
    onion finely chopped
  • 200 g
    mild cheddar cheese chopped in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 250 g
    ham choped in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise, fat-free
  • 100 ml
    sweetened condensed milk
  • ·
    cooked water to cover brocolli florets

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, pour cooked water over broccoli until covered and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to colander and rince under cold water for a few minutes. Let stand to drain. In a mixing bowl, combine the Ham, Cheese and Onion and add the florets. Mix the Mayonaise and condensed milk together and ad to salad 5 minutes before serving. Toss to coat. Arrange on salad bowl and serve.
