this is a favorite around my house and a good way to get kids to eat veggies..

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of fresh broccoli
- 1 medium red onion .chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon ,chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise or fat free mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar or sugar sub
- 1/4 cup raisens , optinal
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1chop or cut into florettes the broccoli ,add the chopped onion and cheese and bacon. Can add 1/4 raisens as well.

Step 2In small bowl mix the mayonnaise and the sugar and gently add the vinagar and wisk until a creamy mixture is formed and mix into the vegetables and let chill at least a hour before serving,
