I got this recipe from my niece, it's a great side dish for barbeques, we make it for all our family functions.

Ingredients

  • BROCOLLI SALAD

  • 5 c
    fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c
    cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 c
    chopped red onion
  • DRESSING

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon and chopped onion in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl or large cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
  3. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well; chill thoroughly before serving.
