How To Make broccoli-ramen salad
-
Step 1Break ramen noodles, discard packet of seasoning. Mix slaw, noodles, green onions, carrots, almonds and seeds in large bowl. Add raisins, if using.
-
Step 2Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over slaw mixture.
-
Step 3Stir together well, cover and refrigerate over night or at least 8 hours.
-
Step 4NOTE: Some versions of this recipe use the seasoning packet from the ramen. I prefer not to and adjust the seasoning accordingly by adding the soy sauce.
