Ingredients

  • 1 large
    head broccoli, florets only
  • 1 c
    chopped red onions
  • 1/2 c
    white raisins
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How to Make Broccoli Raisin Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, onions, raisins, pecans and
    bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, the vinegar,
    mayonnaise and sugar.
  3. Mix well and pour over broccoli mixture.
  4. Toss gently, refrigerate, covered, overnight and toss gently the next day when ready to
    serve.
