In anticipation of spring and summer, I am going through some of my recipes and this is such a good salad for spring and/or summer!

Ingredients For broccoli/cauliflower salad

  • 1
    head of cauliflower, broken into pieces
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli, cut up into small pieces
  • 1 box
    frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
  • 1
    onion, minced
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 5 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make broccoli/cauliflower salad

  • 1
    Mix the cauliflower, broccoli, peas and onions together.
  • 2
    Sauce: Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic salt and sugar well and toss with vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours! DELISH!
