This is great for picnics! Another winning recipe I aquired from my Aunt Diane who got it from an unknown cookbook.

Ingredients
- 1 - head broccoli (cut into small bite size pieces)
- 1 - head cauliflower (cut into small bite size pieces)
- 1 pound bacon (fried and crumbled)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
How To Make broccoli & cauliflower salad

Step 1This recipe can be served in the Bean Pot or Covered Casserole (my preference). Put the Bean Pot in the freezer while you are preparing the recipe to "seal" in the cold.

Step 2Cream above dressing ingredients and pour over the top of the mixture. Blend well.

Step 3Put the salad into Bean Pot/Casserole Dish and let sit in the refrigerator ahead of time. (Even better if it sits in fridge overnight)
