broccoli, bacon & raisin salad
(2 RATINGS)
This recipe is simple to throw together. I have had this in restaurants on the salad bar. I had it at a friend's house and got the recipe. If you want to make it simple for yourself, I buy a bag of broccoli in produce section of BJ's,& I use bacon already in bag, or bacon bits. Also if you can't use regular sugar, you can substitute splenda,no one will know if you do not tell them!!LOL

How To Make broccoli, bacon & raisin salad
-
Step 1Fry the bacon & crumble. Mix all ingredients, except the dressing, in a bowl.
-
Step 2In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients & pour over salad ingredients.
-
Step 3Toss and mix well so everything is coated.
-
Step 4**** If you use bag of broccoli, you may need to use more dressing, I suggest doubling the dressing recipe.
