Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2-3 bunches broccoli tops
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 bottle poppyseed dressing
- 1-2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make broccoli and cauliflower salad

Step 1Wash cauliflower and broccoli. Cut into bite sized pieces.

Step 2Cut onion into bite sized pieces. We like onion a lot so I leave my pieces a bit larger. Red onion also adds some nice color to the dish.

Step 3Put vegetables into a large bowl and add cheese. I usually add about 2 cups, more or less to your taste.

Step 4Pour on the dressing. It should take nearly all of a 16 ounce bottle. Toss and serve immediately. If not serving immediately, wait till just before serving to add the cheese.
