Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli, cut in pieces
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut in pieces
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar

How To Make broccoli and cauliflower salad

  • Step 1
    Chop vegetables and combine together in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble and add to vegetable mixture.
  • Step 3
    In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Pour over vegetables, add shredded cheese and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
