Ingredients

  • 1 large
    head broccoli, cut in pieces
  • 1 large
    head cauliflower, cut in pieces
  • 1 small
    onion, finely chopped
  • 10 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    white vinegar

How to Make Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop vegetables and combine together in large bowl.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble and add to vegetable mixture.
  3. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
  4. Pour over vegetables, add shredded cheese and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
