    black beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 small
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    water

How to Make Black Bean and Corn Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In large bowl, combine beans, corn, peppers and onions. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and water. Stir or shake well dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
