Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 bunch romaine lettuce head, chopped
- 4 medium green onions, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 15 1/2 ounces black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted & cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup catalina dressing
- 1 1/2 cups fritos corn chips
How To Make best taco salad

Step 1Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning mix and 1/3 cup water. Simmer 10 minutes until thickened. Set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, red onion, green onion, black beans, tomato, avocado, black olives and cheese. Mix in ground beef/taco mixture. Just before serving, add the corn chips and enough Catalina dressing to moisten. Toss well and serve immediately.
