- 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2-1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup scallions, cutup
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup radishes, sliced
- 2 - hard-boiled eggs, mashed
