My Mother maid this when I was growing up. She would pick the peppers when they were small, (about the size of an egg) and stuff them with this salad. One of my favorites.

Ingredients

1 large
sweet bell pepper
1 large
tomato
3 medium
spring onions or small valdalia
1/2 c
shredded velvetta or american processed cheese
1 tsp
miracle whip or salad dressing

How to Make Bell Pepper Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Dice peppers, tomatoes and onion into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
  • 2Shred velvetta cheese. I do this a little at a time and fold into the salad to keep the pieces separated. If you use the slices, cut into small strips.
  • 3Add the salad dressing. It can be stuffed into small peppers or tomatoes,(optional)
