bell pepper salad
My Mother maid this when I was growing up. She would pick the peppers when they were small, (about the size of an egg) and stuff them with this salad. One of my favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet bell pepper
- 1 large tomato
- 3 medium spring onions or small valdalia
- 1/2 cup shredded velvetta or american processed cheese
- 1 teaspoon miracle whip or salad dressing
How To Make bell pepper salad

Step 1Dice peppers, tomatoes and onion into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.

Step 2Shred velvetta cheese. I do this a little at a time and fold into the salad to keep the pieces separated. If you use the slices, cut into small strips.

Step 3Add the salad dressing. It can be stuffed into small peppers or tomatoes,(optional)
