It was one of those summer days where its so hot you just dont want to eat and i had to take a raw food dish to my foods class, all I had was carrots and beets. and I love fresh beets, thus my Fav salad was born.

Ingredients
- 2 small fresh raw medium beets red or gold
- 3 medium fresh raw carrots
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- ADD TO YOUR LIKING
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 dashes salt and pepper
How To Make beet, carrot slaw

Step 1Shred your carrots and beets in to large bowl

Step 2mix ginger passed, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar and salt and pepper in separate bowl till ingredients are mixed well.

Step 3mix beets and carrot with the lemon juice, ginger dressing,

Step 4let sit in fridge for 30mins, serve on a hot day!
