Basil Cream Tomatoes

3/4 tspgrated basil, also have some fresh basil rolled and cut into thin strips for garnish.
4 largetomatoes, sliced
1/2 largered onion, sliced into thin rings, more may be needed
How to Make Basil Cream Tomatoes
- In a cup with a lid, mix together mayonnaise, half-and-half and grated basil. Shake to mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Just before serving, arrange the tomatoes and onion on a serving platter. Drizzle with the dressing (after shaking to mix well), and garnish with basil strips.
