Ingredients
- 5 - eggs, hard boiled
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 - tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1 - green onion with top, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- - splash of hot pepper sauce
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
How To Make bacon, egg & tomato salad sandwiches

Step 1Hard boil eggs.

Step 2Cook, drain and crumble bacon.

Step 3Place eggs in mixing bowl, break up with a fork.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 5Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce.

Step 6Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
