Avocado Salad

Marsha Gardner

Did you know that Avocados have 18 essential amino acids, are filled with a beneficial fat, have carotenoids usually associated with red and orange produce, have anti-inflammatory benefits and are good for your heart?

I am sure my mom didn't know that when she passed her love of avocados to her kids. She would make an avocado salad for our lunch when we were at home. So good and now I know so good for you.
