    diced cooked lobster

    flaked cooked crabmeat
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped peeled fresh tomato
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped chives or green onion tops
  • 1/4 tsp
    crumbled dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 large
    avocado halved and seeded

How to Make Avocado Crabmeat Salad A La Ritz


  1. Combine first 8 ingredients and toss gently to mix.
  2. Spoon into avocado halves, and serve on lettuce leaves
