Many years ago, someone in the family collected recipes from descendants of my great grandparents, William M. and Florence E. (Snodgrass) Whaley and had them compiled into a cookbook. I am posting those recipes here so that they will not be lost. This recipe was submitted by my Great Aunt Billie June Whaley.

Ingredients

2 packages corn bread mix, prepared and baked as directed on pkg
1 - onion, chopped
1 can (small can) green chilies, drained
1 - tomato, chopped
3/4 pint miracle whip salad dressing

How To Make aunt june's corn bread salad

Step 1

Crumble corn bread into bowl and add all other ingredients except chopped tomatoes.

Step 2

Mix well and refrigerate.
Step 3

Add tomato just before serving.
